Entrepreneurs vs Manager: This comparison is given in following tabular form

Manager

Owner – Entrepreneur is the owner of the enterprise. Employee – Manager is the senior level employee responsible for managing the enterprise.
Profit – Profit is reward for entrepreneur for his risk bearing capacity. Salary – Manager receives salary and perquisites for his service.
Full risk bearing – An entrepreneur has to bear all risks and uncertainties involved in running the business. No risk hearing – As an employee a manager need not bear any risk.
All functions – An entrepreneur has to perform many functions in order to run the enterprise successfully. Managerial function – A manager does managerial functions of planning, organising. directional and controlling.
Innovator – An entrepreneur mainly acts as an innovator and prepares plans for execution, Executor  – A manager executes plans prepared by the entrepreneur.
