What is pull out torque in synchronous motor?

Whenever the load is put on the motor, the speed remains constant from no load to full load, it does not drops down. So the pull-out-torque is defined as the maximum torque that a motor can de velop without losing its synchronism. This torque is called the pull-out torque. It varies from 1.25 times to 3.5 times the full load torque.
